Wist je dat slechts 25% van de innovaties die in Nederland slagen, wordt bepaald door R&D-investeringen en 75% door sociale innovatie? Onderzoek* laat zien dat technologische innovatie weliswaar goed is voor kenniscreatie, maar dat snelle en goede inzet en gebruik sociale innovatie en vaardigheden vereist.

In plaats van je met een andere presentatie te informeren over wat het betekent en hoe het werkt, geven we je de kans om echt te leren door te doen. In een serious game van Perspectivity werk je samen met een team aan duurzaamheids- en klimaatdoelen en ervaar je de behoefte aan soft skills. Je wordt geconfronteerd met de cruciale afweging tussen duurzaamheid op lange termijn en economische groei op korte termijn; hoe gaan we om met deze complexe situatie?

We hebben minimaal 12 mensen nodig om het spel te spelen en maximaal 30 mensen om op zijn best te spelen.

Het evenement wordt live georganiseerd in Buccaneer Delft.

Research* shows us that technological innovation may be good for the creation of knowledge, but its rapid and good deployment and use requires social innovation and skills.

Instead of informing you with another presentation about what it means and how it works, we give you the opportunity to really learn by doing. In a serious game by Perspectivity you will work together with a team on sustainability and climate goals and experience the need for soft skills. You will be confronted with the crucial trade-off between long-term sustainability and short-term economic growth; how are we going to deal with this complex situation?

We need a minimum of 12 people to play the game and a maximum of 30 people to play at its best.
